MACMA's 30th Anniversary Celebration

Roger Ralph, one of the founders of MACMA shares his thoughts on the conference.

For me three impressions from MACMA's 30th Anniversary Conference standout:
*First, the "big time" level of energy, knowledge, and talent of participants, Staff, Board, Speakers and Vendors
*Second, the continuing importance of company owners and managers (even in this day of instant social and knowledge content) fostering face to face time for their staff away from their
businesses
*Third, that MACMA is still around and improving 30 years after its inception - a reminder
that long term organizational and personal success usually takes "grinding it out" by focusing on the right questions, talking you answers through, and executing so the ball is moved ahead."
