Club Programming is an important aspect in all Health, Fitness, and Racquet Clubs. MACMA recognizes the top Club Programs with an Award of Excellence. The Award of Excellence is presented annually at the MACMA conference. MACMA Club Members that create and implement successful programs can nominate their Club Programs to receive this honor.  MACMA strongly supports continuing education and individual staff recognition within our Club Members. Service is another important aspect in all Health, Fitness, and Racquet Clubs. Individuals that exceed expectations and go above and beyond the boundaries of their job descriptions should be nominated for the MACMA Distinguished Service Award

The latest research from the partnership between Dr Melvyn Hillsdon and TRP, released via their newly formed Customer Engagement Academy (CEA), shows that members visiting just once per week to take part in a group exercise class alongside working out the gym are 20% more likely to be loyal club Promoters (as defined by the Net Promoter Score® methodology) than those attending an impressive 3 times per week to just workout in the gym.
