A Community Fit to Thrive

Corporate Fitness Works collaborates with Piedmont HOA to unite members of the community through creative health and fitness programs.

Health Fitness Program Manager at the Piedmont Athletic Club

The Piedmont Athletic Club is located within a beautiful, gated golf club community in Haymarket, Virginia. The Club is part of the HOA amenities that are provided by the HOA to it’s member / residents. The facility is Managed and Staffed by Corporate Fitness Works. Onsite Corporate Fitness Works Team Leaders manage the health and fitness programming for residents. The Athletic Club serve a multitude of demographics, including young children, teens, adults, and seniors. Above and beyond fitness programming, the onsite team is intricately involved with HOA management in planning and executing community events. This year’s event highlights included: Adult Pool-Side Social, Dive-In Movie Night, Kindergarten Kick-Off, Middle-School Mingler, Pooch Plunge, Haunted Halloween House, Fall and Spring Festivals, Winter Wonderland Sleigh Rides, and Photos with celebrity guests, such as Santa and the Easter Bunny. These events bring together a diverse community to socialize in different scenarios and gain opportunities to better know their neighbors.

Meet Tribe Team Training’s Business Coach, Bridget McCole

TRIBE Team Training North America is very pleased to announce 
the addition of Bridget McCole to our North American team as Business Coach.

Bridget's first priority will be working with our current TRIBE Clubs and helping them grow their TRIBE departments to their absolute capacity.  With over 12 years of fitness management experience with some of the most recognizable brands in the fitness market.  Bridget’s roles in the health club market included General Manager, Fitness director, sales manager and managing teams of over 100 staff.

Although Bridget has spent her life in fitness, first as an international Diver on the Canadian national Team, she got her career working for some of the finest hotels in Canada.  Customer Service is in her DNA and is eager to support our clubs towards success.

TRIBE Team Training North America is extremely proud to having Bridget work in our Montreal office every day and support our clubs to have World leading Small group training solutions.
